As many of you might be aware, a pipe burst inside the Williston library, during the extreme cold snap, two weeks ago. Since then, the library has been closed to repair the plumbing, and clean up the damage from the water. The good news is that the library is scheduled to reopen to the public tomorrow, January 17th at 10:00 AM. You are welcome to stop by for the remainder of the month to see the displays of railroad hardware, memorabilia and model trains that have been set up by members of the Champlain Valley chapter. In addition, there will be a presentation tomorrow, January 17th at 6:30 PM by Laz Scangas. The title is: βThe Life and Cruel Death of Pennsylvania Station.β If you have not seen this show before, or wish to see it again, come to the library tomorrow evening.
The Williston library is located on Route 2, in the center of the village, across from the Town Offices.
