    1. Audit Update: Last three years of the chapters finances (22, 23 and 24).
    2. Money Market Account Update: J. Gaworecki has signed the money market account. J. Owen will sign the account
  4. Membership report
  5. Future programs:
    1. January: Jim Jones, The Central Vermont Winooski Sub
    2. February: Renee Layton, Floods in Vermont and Their Impact on Vermont
    3. March: T. Gallagher and A. Bliss, NRHS Spring Conference Trip
    4. April: 50th Anniversary of Conrail, J. Hoffman and Alan Ward
    5. May: Not scheduled - Possible Railroad Trivia Night! 
    6. ​June: Carl Fowler, Denver and Salt Lake "Standard Gauge Over the Top of the World

  12. Spring Walking tour - VRS New Hampshire operations, Flying Yankee, Conway Scenic
  13. Chapter T. Gallagher discussed a fundraising idea inspired by a Milwaukee chapter's anniversary party, where attendees received tickets to win door prizes instead of a traditional raffle. T. Gallagher agreed to test this method at the Jabuary meeting by setting up 5 items with cups for ticket entries, using single-roll tickets provided by A. Ward
