Film Notes:
Film debut of
Tom London. NOTE: He was cast in the role of the locomotive engineer, his real-life job. He would have been14 years old.
Although set in the American West, the film was actually shot in northwest New Jersey--near Dover-- on a budget of only $150.
The original camera negative still exists in excellent condition. The Library of Congress, who holds it, can still make new prints.
